William Walczak | Technical Lead (Motivation Ninja)
At ITSmedia he has worked on well over 20 iPhone and iPad apps, and nearly two hundred websites. His focus is on creating the best possible content, with the most intuitive interface, and completing every project he has undertaken.Computer engineer by trade, he took an interesting path to get to Kelowna. He has worked with many start-ups, large companies and government institutions all over the world (Vancouver, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, London, Cologne and Maastricht.) From military research for the German Ministry of Defence on an aerial-mounted synthetic aperture radar, to local small business, Will has worked organizations of sizes and colours. Along with his Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, Will has a diploma in Computer Networking, and many industry certifications, including A+, Network+ and MCSE.
Tim Czyrnyj | Application Developer (Bearded Ninja)
Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and has worked all over Canada, from Kelowna to Montreal. He has a passion for functional user interfaces with a visually appealing style. Tim has worked for small start-ups and even smaller start-ups and knows your desire for growing your business and making an impact.
Joshua Hay | Project Manager (Winnipeg Jets Ninja)
Josh is all things web. Going back to the early 2000’s and the days of Microsoft Frontpage and Homestead – he was thrilled to showcase his talents and expertise in a soon to be thriving industry. Over time, Josh acquired a large group of clients to help grow his experience in project management and working through a process to deliver exceptional website solutions with great results. Today, he operates our hosting services for our clients and has been in the hosting business since 2004. Josh comes to us from Winnipeg, where he had spent nearly two years in a project management and support role with a large web design and development company. His years of customer service experience make him a great fit for our team!
Sarah Gerber | Graphic Designer (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Ninja)
Sarah has been the creative brains behind almost all of our graphic intensive projects. Sarah graduated for the graphic & web design program at the Centre of Arts and Technology in Kelowna, BC. She has three years of experience meeting deadlines, exceeding clients graphic expectations, web and content management, client consultations and as an overall creative team member.
Jo-el van Bergen | Developer (Code Ninja)
Jo-el is a coder, designer, tall guy, and all-rounder who happens to love web, tech and video games.
